GENERAL DESCRIPTION: 

The Data Analyst is repsonsible for monitoring clinical utilization, data management, reporting, and technical support. In addition, the Data Analyst performs a vareity of duties that support the Business Analyst and the Director of Finance.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Strong analytical, problem solving and change management skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and Outlook
3. General understanding of LAN and WAN topology
4. General understanding of SQL, Windows, and Back Office Server
5. Ability to work independently and be self directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
2. Certification or experience in medical coding practices preferred
3. Accounting, Business, Advanced Math or Statistical experience preferred
