Director of Workforce Development  

PAY GRADE 19

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: 

The Director of Workforce Development develops and administers Human Resources services, policies and programs for the entire organization. The major areas include:

  • Organizational Planning and Development
  • Employee Recruitment, Orientation, Training and Education
  • Employee Relations and Communication
  • Employee Performance Management and Improvement
  • Employee Compensation and Benefits

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of five years' business experience with emphasis in Human Resources and Leadership
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions
  • Excellent public relations, speaking and communication skills.  
  • Professional Certification, SPHR level preferred

JOB RELATIONSHIPS:

REPORTS TO:                          CEO
