I work at CBHA because they make a difference in lives everyday.  They bring their mission to life through the care they provide for the Othello community and the surrounding areas. 

I feel each day like I am a part of something that is bigger than “just a job.”  I am excited to come to work each day and support the people who work in the front lines to provide great health care to each and every patient who they come in contact with. I believe in what we stand for as an organization and I believe in why I am here. 

I view my position at CBHA as an important way to help create great programs and benefits to give employees a rewarding work environment.  I love working at CBHA because I get to make a difference and am given the opportunity to help build on the foundation that was already here.
