I had the opportunity to spend some time in Othello as part of my Rural Underserved Opportunities Program (RUOP) with my education with the University of Washington School of Medicine.  I was delightfully surprised at the quality of facilities and the top technologies that you have.

However, what was truly amazing to me was the people.  My first day on the job someone invited to a BBQ and someone else invited me golfing.  Later I was invited to play on one of the CBHA softball teams.  I spent some time with a few different doctors and not only were they kind and helpful to me, but they all praised the great community of Othello, the atmosphere of CBHA, and camaraderie between health care professionals.

I was extremely impressed with the apartment that CBHA arranged for me.  If I had been in charge of getting housing for visiting students, I am sure that I would not have been as generous.

Thank you CBHA, you were a great family and home away from home.
