Situated in the heart of the Columbia Basin of Central Washington both Othello and Mattawa boast a wide array of recreational activities and are located within close proximity to many outdoor recreational activities, sporting events and cultural centers.

We enjoy all four seasons with little snow and rain.  While there can be an occasional heavy rainstorm, the climate is typically mild and dry, with average annual rainfall reaching only 8.16 inches of precipitation.  We are one of the sunniest areas of the state with mild weather throughout the year.  There is low humidity in the summer and winter temperatures are bearable.
