CBHA has the opportunity to help you obtain the pharmaceutical medication you need and have not received due to financial barriers. The CBHA Medicine Program was created to provide the support and resources to help our patients tap into national pharmaceutical assistance programs. This assistance is for income eligible patients who have chronic medical conditions that require ongoing pharmaceutical medication.

You will only have to fill out one standard application form and we will apply the information to each separate pharmaceutical assistance program that you may be eligible for.

Columbia Basin Health Association accepts all types of insurance, including Medicaid. If we don’t have your insurance card we will make every effort to try and get it!
