Columbia Basin Health Association operates 2 full-service pharmacies offering patients increased access to prescription medications. Our expert pharmacists provide prescription fills using cross-referenced materials to ensure no drug interactions. Our pharmacies provide name brand and generic prescriptions and most insurance is accepted.

The location of our pharmacies within the Othello Family Clinic and Wahluke Family Clinic enables us to better serve you. Our Pharmacists are available to answer your questions and address all your health concerns. Our goal is to provide the best and most efficient service to you and your family. With our convenient drive-thru, you can just pull up and wait while we do the rest! If you are not able to visit us to pick up your medication, we also offer mail order and delivery service!

Prescription Refills 
Columbia Basin Health Association pharmacies provide you with the quality medications you need, where and when you need them. Our staff handles hundreds of prescriptions every day. By following a few basic guidelines, you can help us manage your medication refills more quickly and efficiently.

• Please call the Pharmacy directly or the Prescription Refill Hotline at (509) 331- 1633 when you need to refill a prescription. The pharmacy will then send all of the information that your provider needs to authorize your medication refill. 
• Please keep track of your medication supply and think ahead. Ideally, you should call the pharmacy for a refill while you still have a one week supply. 
• Allow at least 1 business day for your provider to refill your medication.
