Notice of Election for

Board of Directors Position

TIME AND PLACE:
The annual membership meeting of Columbia Basin Health Association will be held in the Board room at 14th Avenue Medical Center, 475 N 14th Ave, Othello on Tuesday, March 23, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of electing Board members and conducting such other business as may be necessary.

BOARD RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. The board governs the activities of the Association by: establishing personnel policies and procedures, adopting financial management practices, evaluating health care and services, assuring compliance with all laws and guidelines, and defining the Association’s service area.

ELIGIBILITY:
All registered patients 18 years of age or older who have obtained medical, dental, or vision services within the immediately preceding 18 months are eligible to apply.

Any person meeting the requirements may apply for a Board Position. Applications must be completed and filed with the Director of Policy, Sandra Suarez and must meet with the Board for an interview prior to becoming eligible for election to the Board.
