I’m originally from Mattawa and attended Central Washington University after high school. I started at CBHA as a health educator with the intention of going back to school and becoming a Nutritionist.

I love food, and although that might have been one of the reasons I decided to go into this career, I also deeply care about the importance of preventing and managing chronic diseases. Throughout my life, I learned how vital nutritional education is in our community.

Being born and raised in the Hispanic culture, I hope to help patients reach their health goals while keeping their favorite foods in their meals. Let’s work together and get you to a healthier you.

Soy de Mattawa y antedí Central Washington University después de la secundaria. Empecé en CBHA como educadora de salud con la intención de volver a la escuela y convertirme en nutricionista.

Me encanta la comida, y aunque esa podría haber sido una de las razones por las que decidí dedicarme a esta carrera, también me preocupa profundamente la importancia de prevenir y controlar las enfermedades crónicas. A lo largo de mi vida, aprendí cuán vital es la educación nutricional en nuestra comunidad.

Habiendo nacido y crecido en la cultura hispana, espero ayudar a los pacientes a alcanzar sus metas de salud mientras mantienen sus comidas favoritas en sus comidas. Trabajemos juntos y hagamos que sea más saludable.
