Provider Bio

Mishka James, PA-Cis a Family Medicine and Women’s Health provider with a strong foundation in healthcare built over more than 15 years in clinical settings. Originally from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, she brings a global and culturally informed perspective to patient care.

Prior to becoming a physician assistant, Mishka spent 13 years at Weill Cornell Medicine and 2 years at New York-Presbyterian, working in women’s health, internal medicine, pediatrics, and endocrinology. She later completed her physician assistant training with rotations in family medicine, behavioral health, and emergency medicine, including experience in underserved community settings.

Today, as a PA-C, Mishka provides patient-centered, culturally responsive care focused on building trust and supporting long-term wellness. She sees patients at CBHA’s Othello Clinic.
