INTRODUCING TELEHEALTH

Available for Medical, Behavioral Health, Dental, Eye Care and Family Services

Most in-person visits are now also available through virtual appointments! These virtual appointments occur either through interactive video conferencing or phone calls.

Making these appointments available by video conferencing and phone calls expands our services to people who need routine care, and keeps vulnerable populations or those with mild symptoms in their homes while maintaining access to the care they need.

Call or text 800-330-2242 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
