Many of CBHA’s eye care services continue to be offered. While vision
care has been closed in our Mattawa and Connell clinics, we ARE operating
and providing services in Othello for patients from any of our communities.
Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
While routine, in-person care such as eye exams is temporarily unavailable,
our optometrists are still seeing patients in the clinic for urgent and
essential cases. These include work injuries, foreign bodies in the eye,
and sudden changes in vision or eye health.
You can also schedule a telehealth visit by phone as well as video chats,
using your computer or mobile device. Telehealth visits are suitable for
mild changes in vision or health of the eyes such as redness irritation,
or itching. Our providers are reviewing all cases to determine if a visit
in-person is needed.
In addition to our vision care, we continue to offer our optical services.
However we request that during this time of higher risk patients not come
to simply look at or try on glasses as they normally do. You may still
order contact lenses and prescription eye glasses.
Finally, we are also offering curbside delivery of eye glasses and contact
lenses. If you do not want to enter the building to pick up your eyewear,
simply call us and we’ll be happy to bring it out to you. Home delivery
is also an option if you cannot come to the clinic.

Note: Loss of vision in one or both eyes should be treated immediately
at a hospital emergency department.
