Suheli is dependable, professional, and always ready to help wherever she’s needed. She has been supporting OC Travel Providers at Wahluke Clinic, continuing to grow her skills in FP/OB and Pediatrics.

Known for her strong communication and positive, proactive mindset, Suheli stands out for her flexibility, stepping in to support Othello, Pasco, and other sites, often on short notice.

Her willingness to work with any provider, cover shifts, and build strong relationships makes her an invaluable part of the team. We’re grateful for all she brings to CBHA!

When did you start at CBHA?

I started at CBHA in December 2022.

What is your job title and day-to-day responsibilities?

I'm a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C). My day-to-day responsibilities include supporting healthcare providers by preparing patients for exams, taking vital signs, assisting with clinical procedures, and accurately documenting patient information.

What is your favorite thing about working at CBHA?

Having the opportunity to travel and support different sites. It allows me to meet new teams, work with different providers, and gain new experiences while helping wherever I’m needed.

How has CBHA helped you grow in your career?

CBHA has allowed me to improve my interpretation skills while supporting both patients and providers.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

It would be teleportation so I could travel anywhere instantly and be wherever I’m needed in a moment’s notice.

How do you turn a bad day into a good one?

When I’m having a bad day, I turn it around by letting go of the need to “save” the day. Sometimes the win isn’t changing everything; it’s simply refusing to let the day harden you.

What did you dream of becoming when you were a kid?

I dreamt of becoming a veterinarian.

Where is your favorite place to travel?

My favorite place to travel would be Japan. I haven’t traveled abroad yet, but it’s at the top of my travel list!

If you could be any Disney Character which one would you be?

I would be Dory, optimistic, fun-loving, and always going with the flow!

I’d like to take a moment to thank myself. I realize I don’t always give myself enough credit, and I want to acknowledge and appreciate the accomplishments I’ve achieved so far.
