Additionally, I serve as one of the main contacts for the Patient Portal, assisting staff with gaining access and helping patients troubleshoot issues with accessing their accounts.
What is your favorite thing about working at CBHA?
My favorite part of my job is helping patients, whether it’s something small like looking up a phone number or educating them about programs they may not know about, such as the Sliding Fee Scale.
How has CBHA helped you grow in your career?
CBHA has provided me with the opportunity to grow professionally by becoming a lead in my department and becoming part of the scheduling team.

Anyone you would like to thank or final words?
I would like to thank my supervisors Teresa Barajas and Christina Toro. Through their guidance, insight, and genuine care, I have been able to make more informed decisions, grow in confidence, and continue developing the skills needed to lead with empathy and purpose. They have supported me not only in navigating difficult conversations and challenges within the team, but also in strengthening my technical understanding of our systems and processes. Their mentorship and belief in me have made a lasting impact on my professional growth and continue to shape the way I approach leadership every day.
