Each year, HRSA recognizes health centers across the nation on their overall quality, efficiency, and value of the health care services. These awards recognize the highest performing health centers nationwide along with health centers that have made significant quality improvement gains from the previous year.

Health Center Quality Leaders Award: We were one of only two health centers to receive GOLD in the Health Center Quality Leaders award in Washington State. The GOLD award is given to the top 10% of Health Centers across the nation for achieving the best overall clinical performance among all health centers.

Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality Award: We optimized in our HIT services by advancing in our telehealth services, creating more patient engagement, bettering patient access by interoperability and providing screenings for collection of social determinants of health to increase access to care and advance quality of care.

PCMH Recognition: CBHA is now at an Annual Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition status.
