With more than 30 years at CBHA, Pablo has made a lasting impact through his dedication to innovation, problem-solving, and his commitment to serving our rural communities. His willingness to take on new challenges, continually learn, and find creative solutions reflects the WE CARE Standards of Behavior we value at CBHA. When did you start at CBHA?

What is your job title and day-to-day responsibilities?
Business Analyst, managing and maintaining our EMR and developing and designing dashboards and reporting functionality for our managers.
What is your favorite thing about working at CBHA?
Being part of an organization that's committed to serving our rural community and underserved populations.
How has CBHA helped you grow in your career?
I've had the opportunity to grow by working on some of CBHA's biggest projects, which has challenged me to learn new skills and think out of the box. CBHA has also been very supportive of my professional development by investing in BI training and giving me opportunities to learn new technologies. It's rewarding to be in a place that encourages continuous growth.
What has been your favorite project at work so far?
SUKI Ambient AI for chart dictation.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
Power to read people’s minds.
How do you turn a bad day into a good one?
Solving a problem that's been challenging me
What did you dream of becoming when you were a kid?
A police officer… unfortunately, gravity had other plans. I'm too short.
Where is your favorite place to travel?
Egypt - the trip of a lifetime with my kiddos.
