Firestarter Spotlight - Diana Flores
Congratulations Diana Flores! She received the Firestarter Award!
We’re excited to recognize Diana, whose impact at our West Pasco Clinic goes far beyond her role as a custodian. While her primary responsibility is to keep the facility clean and fully stocked for both staff and patients, Diana consistently steps up in ways that truly support the entire team.
Since the opening of our West Pasco Clinic, Diana has gone above and beyond by assisting providers with translation services, helping medical assistants with tasks like sending faxes, and retrieving medical records for new patients transitioning to CBHA. She also plays a key role in supporting front desk operations by working on medical records daily.
Driven by her eagerness to learn, Diana took the initiative to understand patient registration, including check-in and check-out processes. She is also knowledgeable about the Affordable Care Plan and helps guide patients through the application process, always doing her best to answer questions and provide support.
Diana’s attentiveness, curiosity, and willingness to grow make her an invaluable part of the team. She is always looking for ways to expand her skills and knowledge, and her dedication does not go unnoticed.
