We got to celebrate CBHA Healthcare Day at Middleton’s Fall Festival on Saturday!

Some of our Staff and Providers were hanging out at our booth meeting all of you and sharing information on the different services that we offer our along with some giveaways.

We hung out at our campfire and roasted marshmallows, decorated masks with our families and enjoyed the company of our coworkers.

We also enjoyed all the activities at the festival like the Pumpkin Patch, Sunflower Field, Hay Rides, Tube Slide and all the delicious food!
